Karen Gustafson moved permanently to Colorado five years ago, after moving around the country and abroad  - 23 moves to 11 states and two foreign countries. She has two kids in college and two at home. She is active in the schools, enjoys designing, remodeling, and creating stained glass pieces, and loves enjoying outdoor Colorado with her kids.

She started her professional career as a lender, and has had 23 years of successful real estate experience. In addition to being an agent and lender, she has experience as a pre-underwriter and closer, investor, flipper, landlord, and home stager.

Karen’s goal is help you buy or sell your home with as professional and smooth a process as possible, in the time frame that works best for you.  She knows what it’s like to be in your shoes!
