Bio~I grew up in the construction industry and obtained two California contractors licenses in my early twenties. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Property Development and Management from the University of Southern California. Only twenty five students per year are accepted into this specialty program. I've been a Colorado Real Estate Broker for over 12 years and am a proud member of the Denver Board of REALTORS®. I attained my nationally recognized Graduate of Realtor Institute(GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR), At Home With Diversity and e-PRO designations. I am also an active and proud member of the Council of Residential Specialists(CRS). With over 9 years of advanced Information Technology experience in the Casualty Insurance & Healthcare industry I am technically & Internet savvy. I hold obtained many IT industry recognized certifications with Microsoft(MCSE, MCDBA), Oracle(OCP), Citrix(CCA), Cisco(CCNA), CIW(CIW Pro) and more. Hello Brian, You are truly unbelievable your service is tantamount to none. We did sign up with an estate agent over in Denver over a year ago and to be honest did not get any service at all. I really enjoy your search website and the listing details it provides. I spend most of my time on your site. Your emails are clear, informative, timely and attractive. I particularly like the way in which I am able to save notes for individual listings and see them posted right there next to the property photo. This allows me to scroll quickly through my saved searches and do a quick at-a-glance compare and contrast without having to leave the main page. To me, that is such a time saver! I also thoroughly enjoy the panoramic tours that many of the listings include. I wish more agents would take the time to post those. I think you have a great service. Take Care,
Oh my goodness, Brian!!! You are so great!! I meant to email you earlier but I have been busy. Thank you so very much for the relocation package it was more than I could have ever expected!
