The Community of College View
There are several parks and open spaces here, and West Harvard Gulch and Dartmouth Gulch Park are the two largest. These parks are popular, and help bolster the neighborhood’s sense of community as they provide venues for its 6000 or so residents, to enjoy the outdoors together. Beyond the parks, the Overland Municipal Golf Course is close by. Other amenities in the area include shops, stores, and restaurants, all in service of the community.
College View Real Estate offers the smaller 1950s-1960s ranch style home, and the solid brick construction the period is known for. Many are quite reasonably priced. The average home prices around $100,000, or something less than $100 per square foot. However the median value of owner-occupied housing units is considerably higher, more in the neighborhood of $165,000, which could mean there are bargains to be found here.
