The Community of Goldsmith
Often referred to as “South East Denver”, Goldsmith has largely been a community of retirees, who have lived in the neighborhood for decades. This is a classic middleclass community, ten minutes from Downtown Denver. World class shopping opportunities in the nearby Cherry Creek Business District, and access to major transportation corridors only begins a long list of amenities residents here enjoy.
