Siena consists mostly of single family homes and is close to the Tuscany neighborhood and is just two miles away from Saddle Rock Golf Course. Amenities include clubhouse, community pools and tennis courts.
The Siena (part of the South Tuscany) area of Aurora is at the southern edge of the Metro Denver area and literally at the edge of the current level of heavy urban development so you're not going to find yourself hemmed in on all sides by other large sub-divisions. A little further south, past Piney Creek Trail, you'll see that development is very sparse overall. This gives Siena a sense of space and "light" that you simply won't find in the more urban areas of Aurora to the North.
It's pretty obvious that the entire layout and design of this development had the needs of the modern family in mind. Little things like the presence of both a Safeway and the Rocky Mountain Urgent Care center are the first piece of evidence but then you'll notice you also have quick and easy access to a Wells Fargo Bank, the Smoky Hills Public Library and also a post office. To care for your spiritual and educational needs there are also a number of churches in the area and your little ones can attend either the Rolling Hills Elementary School or the Falcon Creek Middle School - there are also a number of high schools in the area too for your teenagers.
If you're a golfing fan you're also spoiled for choice with both Saddle Rock and the Valley Country club being just a short drive away (no pun intended). Your family might also enjoy a day out in Cherry Creek State park - again just a short distance away by car.
If you want a home in a slightly quieter area but one that doesn't sacrifice quality of construction over location then Siena in South Tuscany is worth investigation on your part.
