Omakase at Sushi Den - 1487 South Pearl Street
If you're after a Japanese tasting menu, the omakase menu at Sushi Den is one of the best choices not only in Denver, but also in the entire country. They get their fish daily and provide both five and six course tasting menus. The omakase menu is $100 and includes green tea.
Chef's Tasting at Mizuna - 225 East 7th Avenue
Chef Stephen McCarry is responsible for creating the five-course and eight-course prix fixe menus. The five-course starts at $75, while the eight-course starts at $125. Sommelier pairings are available, as well, for an extra chart. The menu features items, such as seared diver scallops, Colorado lamb chops, grilled baby octopus, escargot and more.
Gypsy Kitchen - Rotating Locations
Ten and Twelve-course tasting menus with wine pairings are provided by a collaboration of chef Brian Dudzinski and Jon Robbins. The wine pairings are chosen by wine expert Alex Kayir and guests enjoy items, such as salmon sushi, sea bass paella, linguica sausage and so much more. These pop-up dinners only provide room for 20 and prices vary depending on the meal.

Chef Elise Wiggins provides excellent local produce and meats used in the five-course tasting menu provided nightly at Panzano. The dishes change with the season and the prices start at $55 during the winter and $35 during the summer. Optional wine pairings are also available.
