Homes in Romar Castle Pines

Romar is a prestigious gated community. Lots are spacious and the open space is plentiful.

The Romar sub-division of Castle Pines is located in the northwest of Castle Pines itself and is made up from the Ventana Gate and Daniels Gate areas. The homes in this area generally fall into the luxury class of dwellings and have a price tag to match . Properties in Romar and Romar West range from modest 4-bedroom homes to the more luxurious 6 - 8 bedroom abodes, with the more expensive houses featuring 5 or more bathrooms.

Being located in the northwest of Castle Pines means that your property will be at the outer edge of all development in this area so this means there are fewer homes and each of these homes has more square footage and open space between them than some of the other areas in the city of Castle Pines; Romar simply feels that little bit less crowded.

The Douglas County School District offers any resident of this area a great selection of schools, and your kids can avail of either Timber Trail Elementary School or Rock Canyon High School for example. Other family needs are met by the local Urgent Care Center for all those minor medical problems and if you enjoy getting fresh air in the great outdoors you're going to love Castlewood Canyon State Park and Pike National Forest for example. There are dozens of miles of developed walking trails in this area as well as thousands of acres of just wide open space. We probably won't need to remind you about the golf courses in the area though - of which there are several, created by some of the leading lights in course design.

If you need to get back to the bright lights of the big city Denver itself is only 20-miles away and you can get access to the rest of the Littleton/Denver/Aurora area via Monarch Boulevard, County Road 36 and of course via I-25 to the east.

Romar isn't a name you'll hear mentioned very often in literature and that's simply because it's one of the better kept property secrets in Castle Pines.
