Globeville Homes for Sale

Globeville Real Estate
Globeville real estate area is one of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, located north of downtown, at the intersection of Interstates 25 and 70, making the neighborhood easily accessible to the rest of the Denver Metropolitan area, from any direction.
Globeville is bounded by I-25 on the west to roughly Washington St. on the east, and the Adams County line on the north, and with a number of major venues and city amenities nearby, residents here need not travel far from their quiet friendly community to be entertained.
Homes in the Globville real estate district consist almost entirely of small affordable homes, many of them "originals" built prior to the community being annexed by Denver, at the turn of the last century. Considerable redevelopment has taken place over the past decade in the Globeville area. New apartment communities that echo the design elements found in other Denver historic residential communities have begun to change the Globeville landscape.
Land use in the Globeville real estate district is given over primarily to industry, and challenges have arisen in the past, where residential and industrial zoning has abutted, but recent planned development projects including the Rail Yard Marketplace Businesses Park, and River North Art District have both been set as models for future planning efforts in the area. For years Globeville has been primarily an old school, industrial enclave, but that has begun to change as new interest in residential real estate, and new technologies combine to protect the history, and at the same time change the character of Globeville today.
