Alternate address recognized by GPS - 4540 Picutis Road, 80454 (explanation - prior to subdividing the property, the home's address was 4540 Picutis Road. When a small subdivision was created, we needed to create a street name for the new road as per Jefferson County.
From C470 and 285 -
Continue straight on 285 past the Morrison Exit. The next exit on the right is Parmalee Gulch Road. Take that exit.
Continue on Parmalee Gulch Road about two miles until you get to Picutis Road. Take a right.
Once on Picutis Road, the road forks - stay to the right of the fork.
Continue for a half mile up the road until you get to the second gated entrace.
At the gated entrance, there is a street sign for Picutis Road / Boar Head Road.
Use gate code as provided by ShowingTime.
Once inside the private road turn right when the road forks. Do NOT take the wider road heading uphill, turn down to the right.
